An early Neoclassical pair of Italian cream painted and poplar wood carved  consoles each with a moulded faux marble wooden top painted in imitation of Cipollino marble, above a pierced frieze with  scrolled, after the models of Ennemond Alexandre Petitot (1727-1801), probably by Ignazio Marchetti (1715-1800).
