A German gilt-bronze mounted walnut and fruitwood bureau-cabinet. The parquetry-inlaid upper section enclosing a painted shelved interior over a conforming fall, and two banded drawers, with shaped apron, on angular cabriole legs. Circle of Abraham Roetgen, Rhineland, possibly Coblenz, 1750 circa.

An early Neoclassical pair of Italian cream painted and poplar wood carved consoles each with a moulded faux marble wooden top painted in imitation of Cipollino marble. Probably by Ignazio Marchetti(Parma, 1715-1800) after Petitot models (Studio essay By Enrico Colle)
